Assalamualaikum pelajar SET4/S1 yang mengambil G2010 sesi Jun 2011


Saya sedang berkursus di semenanjung selama 3 minggu maka semua kelas dan amali kita akan ditangguh sehingga 28 September. Untuk mengelak, kamu membuang masa, saya telah menyediakan satu tugasan untuk anda semua. Ini merupakan tugasan pertama anda bagi semester ini. sila baca arahan dibawah. jikalau kurang faham sila berhubung dengan saya. 

Anda perlu membahagikan kelas anda dalam LIMA (5) kumpulan yang setiap kumpulan mestilah terdiri DUA (2) orang ahli sahaja. Setiap kumpulan perlumemilih SATU (1) bab dari LIMA (5) bab di bawah. Kumpulan anda perluberbincang dan membuat pembentangan mengenai perbincangan anda. Jadual untuk pembentangan akan dipilih secara rawak supaya setiap kumpulan harus bersedia dengan persembahan anda. Pembentang juga akan dipilih secara rawak oleh saya supaya setiap ahli kumpulan perlu memahamikeseluruhan pembentangan anda. Anda boleh dirujuk kepada G2010 modul nota dan buku yang berkaitan tentang perbincangan anda. Tambahan pula, saya akan memberikan beberapa soalan semasa pembentangan anda untuk kumpulan anda untuk menjawab soalan itu untuk menilai kefahaman anda. Setiap kumpulanmestilah mengemukakan pembentangan anda dalam bentuk softcopy kepada saya pada 27 Sept 2011.

Assignment 1 : Discuss, Presentation & Answer

To my student of DPE3/S1 (semester Jun 2011)

I apologize because unable to make your class because i  attend course for THREE week. So we will start our class back on 27 September. For avoided you from wasting your time,  I provide your class with assignment which made in group where your group need to discuss, present and answering.

You need to divide your class in FOUR (4) groups which each group must be consist SEVEN (7) members only. Every group must choose ONE (1) chapter from FOUR (4) chapters below. Your group need to discuss and make presentation about your discussion. Schedule arrangement for presentation will be picked randomly so every group must be ready with your presentation. The presenter also will be picked randomly by me so every member of group must understand about overall of your presentation. You can referred to GP313 module note and related book about your discussion. Furthermore, I will give some questions during your presentation for your group to answered that question for evaluate your understanding. Every group must be submitting your presentation in softcopy to me on 27 Sept 2011.

Firstly, I apologize because  unable to make your class this week because I have a meeting at Port Dickson for whole this week. I have provide your lab schedule for this semester include group division.. For your lab experiment this week, it will replace on Friday evening next week at 3 p.m. If you have any problem with this lab schedule, you are invited come to me. Why you need to lesson GP313?

Before we go further into this course, firstly you must know why you need to lesson it. so I provide the detail of this course including suitable references like below;

SYNOPSIS

PROCESS INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL provides knowledge about measurement equipment used in the industry, understanding basic principle and the job lists of instruments. Exposure will include the basic theory, construction, operation and the usage of pneumatic equipment, control valve, transmitter, converter and controller. Students will understand the basic principle for control system and its usage according to general situation.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:

                                                           

1. Explain the fundamental of process control system and working principle of plant equipments used in the process plant.
2. Handle the measurement and basic process control system in process plant.

I want say hello to all my student had been register to my class; Process Instrumentation and Control.
